Tai Chi for Fall Prevention

When: Mondays & Wednesdays 1-2 pm September 8th - October 30th

Where:  Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center

240 W. Thomas Rd, Suite 302

Who: Open to anyone who wants to improve their strength and balance through low-impact exercises. Does not have to be Parkinson's patients, but they need to be able to stand for 60 minutes. 

Cost: Free to MAPC class members. $60 if you do not have a class membership.
