Parkinson's Social Hour

Join us every first Wednesday of the month for individuals living with Parkinson's and their loved ones.  Come early to connect before the exercise class-enjoy conversation, coffee, and light refreshments in a relaxed,  friendly space.  Enjoy community time before your workout!
